How will I receive my clothing order?
Pick up only! You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can come to the gym to pick up your ready order.
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are preorder and will be ready for pickup in three weeks.
How can I make a payment for clothing?
Payments are to be made using your invoice link, cash, cash app ($berryfitllc) or website. No other payments will be accepted.
Is there a grace period for the session?
You should be in the building, properly dressed and ready to begin working out exactly at the scheduled time of your session. At the discretion of the trainer, you will not be allowed to join the session late. Please arrive early to use the restroom.
Am I able to bring my child or guest?
Children and guests are not allowed to attend sessions. If you need to bring children or guests you will need to communicate with the owner for approval and schedule a private session. Please make all accommodations in advance.
How can I make a payment for a fitness package?
Payments are to be made using your invoice link, cash, cash app ($berryfitllc) or website. No other payments will be accepted. Payments are due every 4 weeks from your initial start date. You will be removed from the schedule if arrangements are not made in advance.
Can I reschedule a session?
If you have an active monthly package you are allowed to reschedule only within the same week, it can not roll over into the next week. Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to your session.
